Nice staff, beautiful view of Mt Fuji from onsen, fresh and peaceful mountain location, good breakfast buffet with both Western and Asian options.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated having a spacious room and access to a relaxing onsen. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing information about nearby attractions. the hotel's view of the surrounding area was also impressive.
The hotel's location proved to be a major drawback. Public transportation to and from the hotel was limited and not covered by the Hakone free pass.

The hot springs were nice and relaxing, offering a chance to unwind after a long day. Plus, the rooms were spacious and well-lit, with comfortable beds offering a good night’s sleep. Location-wise, it was situated near some stunning scenery and nature walks.
The hotel is in need of renovation, with a lot of outdated decor and furniture. The lack of cleanliness was a concern, with several areas being dirty and run down. The staff could also use some improvement, as they were not always helpful or accommodating. the experience was disappointing and not worth the price.
